308 Belaire Drive is a new build just outside the center of Llano. A limestone-and-oak Hill Country home that’s meant to look at home where it stands.
The exterior went up with care. Arched wooden doors, deep eaves, a real chimney. Inside, we worked from a palette of warm whites, smoked oak, and weathered brass, with a few darker moments (a shiplap fireplace surround, a wallpapered powder room) so the rooms don’t blur together.
The kitchen is where everyone ends up. A black island, veined marble backsplash, and warm wood cabinets that read more like furniture than millwork. The bedrooms are softer. Cream linens, arched windows, and long Texas afternoons doing most of the work.
