Most design services stop at the finishes. We keep going.

You can come in and pick every interior selection for your home (tile, stone, fixtures, lighting, flooring), then design or customize the furniture that goes with those selections. We match wallpaper to fabric. We coordinate textiles across every room. It all adds up to one consistent home instead of a collection of separate decisions.

That’s the thing that makes a house feel, on the day you walk in, like you’ve already been living there.

02 · Furniture & Textiles

Then we furnish the rooms.

Once the bones are set, we work on the soft layers. Custom upholstery, drapery, rugs, beds, case goods, and the small objects that turn a house into a place that feels like yours.

Since we’re working from the same palette we used for your selections, every fabric and finish lines up with the rest of the house.

03 · The Design Shop

A Llano showroom, open to other builders too.

Our Llano design showroom has the full range of selections in one place. It’s also open to other builders, designers, and architects. You can rent the space by the hour for your own client appointments and skip the drive to San Antonio or Austin.

Everything in One Place

Tile, countertops, cabinets, fixtures, lighting, flooring, and hardware. All on display, so clients can see, touch, and compare in person.

Rent by the Hour

Other Hill Country builders and designers can book the showroom by the hour for their own appointments. Closer and friendlier than the city showrooms.

See It Before You Build It

We can drop selections into a rendering and send it to your phone, or pull it up on screen in the showroom, so you can walk through the house before it’s built.

How a home gets made.

Conversation

We start by asking about you. How you live, who visits, what light you love, what you want to walk into on a Sunday morning.

Selections

At the showroom, we pick every tile, finish, fixture, and surface for your home.

Furniture

Custom or off-the-shelf. The sofa, the bed, the rug, the textiles. All chosen to match the selections.

Arrival

We install and style the rooms, right down to the last stem on the console. You walk in, and it’s ready.
